Daikin 3 pipe heat recovery air conditions were installed to supplement the existing base build 4 pipe fan coils.
The indoor units comprised of ducted and wall mounted units and were connected to external condensing units located within a purpose built external fenced compound.
Daikin VAM heat Recovery ventilation units were installed to supplement the existing base build ventilation system to bring the fresh air supply in the building to current building regulations of 10L\S per person.
Both the Daikin VAM units and Daikin VRV systems were all controlled from a central Daikin icontroller located within the plant room to allow the building manager to remotely operate the systems.
