Service and Maintenance
Our service division is called
DCS Environmental Engineering
We provide a comprehensive post-sales service, ensuring that you derive the utmost long-term advantages from our installations through seamless integration.
We firmly believe that instituting a well-planned maintenance regimen is an essential initial step following the installation and commissioning of the products we offer. Frequently, expensive and technically advanced equipment is overlooked, leading to costly failures and increased operational expenses.
Our maintenance procedures are developed using manufacturer-recommended guidelines, serving as the foundation for our planned maintenance inspections. The data collected during these inspections forms the basis for mandatory F-Gas checks.
Regular maintenance not only ensures that your equipment operates at its peak efficiency, but it also allows for timely adjustments that prevent more significant issues from arising. Therefore, we view the delivery of your newly installed system as the commencement of a lasting partnership with us, regardless of whether Direct Cooling Systems provided the equipment installation or not.
Our team of engineers specializes in identifying faults, performing repairs and maintenance, servicing, and testing HVAC units and systems. Installation work may also be part of the job description.
The role of an HVAC engineer is crucial in preventing critical issues that could lead to major problems, such as Legionnaires’ disease, in HVAC systems. Our services cover a wide range of sites, including commercial, industrial, and residential locations, such as offices, hotels, food and beverage establishments, leisure centers, and schools.
When you enter into a Planned Preventative Maintenance Agreement with us, we will:
- Tailor a PPM package to meet your specific requirements.
- Schedule visits using our custom planning system, which alerts us when your PPM is due.
- Contact you to arrange a convenient appointment time.
- Assign the work to a trained engineer who will arrive in company uniform.
- Efficiently complete the PPM with minimal disruption to your operations.
- Clean, lubricate, and make necessary adjustments to maintain the equipment’s maximum operational efficiency.
- Generate a report on the equipment’s condition and provide recommendations for any required remedial work.
- Create and maintain an F-Gas Log for systems falling under current F-Gas legislation, with the exception of the smallest systems.
- Reserve any Extended Warranty offered by equipment manufacturers.
Our strong relationships with major manufacturers enable us to access:
- Expert Technical Assistance
- Spare Parts Procurement

We offer maintenance packages with all new installations, ensuring that your AC unit operates at its peak performance. These maintenance packages range from 1 to 10 years, allowing us to tailor the service to your specific needs. Please note that for over 20 units, the maintenance details will be confirmed after a site inspection, and parking charges may apply to maintenance visits.
Our services significantly reduce downtime in various commercial settings, and we extend this service to residential customers as well, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily operations and overall satisfaction.
