Daikin 3 pipe VRV heat recovery air conditions were installed to serve the new department store.
For the retail areas void ducted mounted units were installed, with wall mounted units selected for the second floor office areas. The systems are connected to external 3pipe heat recovery condensing units located on the roof top plant areas. The Daikin VRV systems were controlled from a central Daikin I controller located on each floor level with overall control and monitoring via a BacNet gateway.
Additional to VRV systems a Daikin air cooled condenser has been selected to serve the Dx coil on the fresh air AHU, selected to temper the fresh air provided to the retail areas, supplied complete with and interface kit.
