St. Georges Apartments
To accommodate the length of pipe run from the top floor penthouse apartments to the lower level car park where the external condensing unit plant was to be located, a Daikin VRV system was selected which was able to accommodate the long pipe run.
The indoor units were all the ducted type that were located and concealed in purpose built bulkheads within the plasterboard ceiling, so as to not detract from the high quality apartment finish.
The indoor units were all fitted with an infra red sensor that allowed the occupant to remotely operate the air conditioning system.
