The supply, installation and commissioning of No. 1 Mitsubishi VRF Heat pump system, to provide heating/cooling to the new canteen area. This is via 5No. Void ducted type indoor units, located within a purpose built bulkhead.
With supply air ducted into the sloping ceiling and discharged via linier diffusers, the return air is via linier diffusers mounted in the front of the bulk head with the bulk head being used a plenum box for mixing the return air and the fresh air (via the AHU) to all the indoor units. Remote room sensors have been located at the return air diffuser to enable a more accurate control.
Supply and commissioning of 3No. Mitsubishi CAHV heat pump boilers, to provide the under floor heating, hot water demand, and hot water to a heating coil on the ventilation Air Handling Unit.
With a hot water demand at 700C and under floor heating provided at 450C. The 3No Mitsubishi Heat Pump Boilers are piped together as one flow /return enabling the entire system to modulate from one, up to three systems as the demand calls for.
