Covering over 900,000 square foot, with 10+ study rooms and over 175 staff, all clinical areas are temperature, humidity and air quality controlled. The site also encompasses many critical central water chillers, air driers, heated and cooled air handling plant with HEPA grade filtration, plus refrigerated cold rooms containing multi-million pound long-term test programmes. As such, all HVAC plant is critical to the laboratory / life science undertakings across the site.

DCE Environmental Engineering deliver a full maintenance package encompassing F-Gas Management of water chiller, air conditioning and ventilation equipment together with gas fired heating plant. We provide round the clock service support for business-critical systems and system failure contingency including a bespoke rapid response site attendance service level agreement. We work closely with the Facilities Management Team to ensure uninterrupted close control temperature and humidity environmental requirements are maintained.
